Do you remember the dialogue ‘Why so serious’ (Damn sure you just recalled it in the demonic voice of The Joker). Well, he was correct. Why so serious? Prateek Sharma reminds you of some stress busting spells which just slipped out of your minds in this ‘donkey work’ schedule.

Stress, the word itself is in so much stress that it can bring anyone into it. This happens just the same with us when we’re stressed. Don’t worry because it’s the time for the spell 1.
RECOGNITION- Identify the sources of stress because we all respond to it differently. It is a shape shifting demon. One time it will haunt you in the huge bills and the other time in the form of your working hours. Make a change so that the demon gets weaker and vanishes finally because recognition is the killer of stress.

Spell 2- Cope up with it
This spell will make you do wonders without a wand. Indulge yourself into physical activities as much as you can. Go for jogging, exercise and run as this will burst the balloon of stress. Take your pet for a walk, play with him, dance around alone, laugh loudly and do whatever you want to do man (hey, we know whose voice came into your head. That Dabangg)
Spell 3- Engage socially
Become a public relations officer for yourself. Do one thing and it’s talk, talk and talk. Social engagement is the quickest and finest method to kick out stress. There is nothing more calming to the nervous system than sharing a few words with another person. The inner ear, face, heart, and stomach are wired together in the brain, so socially interacting with another person face-to-face—making eye contact, listening in an attentive way, talking—can quickly calm you down and put the brakes on defensive stress responses like “fight-or-flight.” It can also release hormones that reduce stress, even if you’re unable to alter the stressful situation itself. Spell 4- Alter the situation
Exactly! Simply alter the unwanted. At times we face such heavy log situation that ignoring it completely doesn’t seem easy to us. So, open up your feelings instead of bottling them. Be assertive if a person or a situation is bothering you, communicate and open up the concerns at your end respectfully. Keep a will to compromise when you’re being approached to shift a change in your behavior which is similar to a give-and-take thing.
Spell 5- Acceptance
Life flows with transiency and we face such changes that are unavoidable especially when a close-loved one departs to another world, leaving behind warm memories weaved or any serious illness. There are some natural laws that an individual cannot go against so the best way to deal with such cases is accept them the way they are, though, it maybe a little difficult but in the long run it will be easier.
Relax, take a deep breath and loosen up your formals. Sit down and keep a distance from the perception of being a PERFECT person. None of us is perfect but remember the great saying ‘nothing is permanent in this world.’ Gear up yourself to enjoy life. Stay away from liquor and drugs, quit smoking and adapt to something that proves to be productive to you as well as your surroundings. Stress will remain just a word once you are ready to cope with it.
