Make a No Bake Cake

The best thing about cakes is that they look more tempting after preparation. Cake- the name is itself so creamy, yummy and healthy. Yes, healthy! Cakes are healthy too. If that physician advised for avoiding cakes, do not believe him. Cheat, simply cheat the advice. Why always punish the taste buds ? Moreover, not every cake needs to hide inside the tummy of that stout and grumpy oven. Here, we bring to you the cakes that’ll not increase the kilos and un-disputably are a counter-part to the baked cakes.
1. Oreo Cheesecake
That is truly a treat. Just a few ingredients for a creamy, cookie bliss packed with Oreos. Our requirements here’ll be about 20 oreo biscuits and some butter in a bowl which will be used later on too. A big table spoon of vanilla essence, some sugar and a bowl of whipped cheese cream. First of all, let’s do the mixing work so grab that bigger bowl and throw in it the butter, whipped cheese cream, sugar and the vanilla. Keep on mixing them for about 10 mnts and then add the black beauty to it. Make a gentle stir again and refrigerate for 4 hours. It’s done, treat your taste buds.
2. Chocolate Mousse Cake
Simply elegant! No more words for this. None will deny it and bite greedily because when the chocolaty aroma calls somebody, they can’t ignore the call. It is perfect dish to prepare when your oven and your fitness have been into an argument and poor taste buds are crying out for a treat, so time to wipe the tears. Since the name is itself so scrumptious and chocolaty, you can make an assumption about it. You need one can of condensed milk, 5 bars of chocolate, a tbsp of vanilla extract and two tbsp of butter. Over a double boiler, melt the chocolate with the butter completely. Stir in the vanilla extract.Once the chocolate has cooled, gently pour into individual cups. Leave enough space for the cheesecake layer. Put the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl and add the milk and whip until well incorporated. Pour on top of the mousse, refrigerate for another 3-4 hours and grab it.

3. Lucky Charms Ice Box Cake
The one that’s ready to bring out the leprechaun of hunger from inside you. The cake is like a fairytale come true (not really, but yes). A colorful cake the first bite of which can make one enchanted for life, here we make it. 8 tbsps of butter, some marsh mellows,a can of milk, one full cup sugar and two cups of softened cream. Just like the others procedure, everything goes the same way. Mixing carefully and then refrigerating, so take a big bowl and add in it butter, milk and some cream. Blend carefully for three minutes without forming the lumps. Heat it a little and introduce sugar and refrigerate immediately. Wait, take it out and add on the marsh mellow toppings. Treat yourself.

4. Blueberry Cheese Cake
Unique name but it guarantees a quality taste. Another cake from the ‘non-baked’ family welcomes you with a sslluurrpp. We’re hungry, come make it. Arrange out for a cup of blueberry preserve, a cup of whipped cream, 1tbsp vanilla essence, a cup of castor sugar, some melted gelatin about one tbspoon, a packet of nutri choice biscuits, a cup of butter and a cup of curds. Mix curd, cream and castor sugar together with a spoon. Add melted gelatin and vanilla essence.
Take a packet of nutri choice biscuits and mash them with three spoons of melted butter. Press them on the bottom of a dish. Freeze. After 15 mnts pour the cream, curd, vanilla, gelatine and sugar mix on it. Freeze again for an hour in the fridge not the freezer. Then pour fresh blueberry preserve on it. Spread nicely and freeze again. Enjoy!
